We try to credit your points in real time, immediately after having completed a survey. However, sometimes, points are credited only after a survey closes, which can take up to 30 days. For some surveys, such as those that are to be taken over several days, points may not be added to your account until you complete the last part/day of the survey.
If you do not see the points for a specific survey in your account and it's been more than 30 days, please contact us via our online form found here, quoting the survey number.
Remember, you must complete a survey in order to earn points.
